GG White Day is Guilty Gear-centered zine based on White Day and mobage cards such as craft essences in Fate/Go or wyrmprints in Dragalia Lost. Each contributor will do two illustrations: a charming pin-up of a Guilty Gear character, along with the gift they would give to their beloved on White Day (with a short written blurb describing it). For example, Slayer’s gift could be a folded sheet of paper with the description “a romantic haiku”.

Q. What is a zine?
A zine is a self-published work, typically consisting of fanart. Zines are often collaborative anthologies with multiple artists, centered around a theme like a specific character or series.
Q. What is White Day?
White Day is a holiday on March 14, one month after Valentine's Day. Boys give chocolates to girls, reciprocating the chocolate received on the previous holiday. For the sake of this project gender roles are relaxed to include anyone who does not explicitly identify as femme.
Q. How much will the zine cost?
The basic physical zine will cost $20 USD.
Q. What do you get for participating in the project?
GG White Day is a For Profit zine and all profits will be split evenly among the team. All contributors will also receive a free copy of the finished zine.
Q. How will I be able to get a copy of the zine when it’s completed?
The zine will be printed and shipped to anyone who orders it during the preorder period. A digital PDF release is also planned.

  • Pieces can involve other characters or NPCs (such as Ariels or Gabriel) but the main focus of each piece should be on a single playable Guilty Gear character DUE TO POPULAR DEMAND Asuka and Daryl have been made exceptions

  • WIPs and finished pieces cannot be posted online before the release period.

  • Activity checks will require a sheetshot proof of progress. If a contributor fails to respond they will be assumed to have ghosted and will be removed.
